When a user purchases a course, whether it is online or offline, they are required to make an online payment. We have installed a payment gateway using which the user can make payments by net banking, UPI or debit/credit card, etc. We declare that this information is never stored by us. We do not have any access to the user’s payment information like debit/credit card number or net banking id etc. Payment gateway services are by the third-party website called Razorpay which is registered to do this kind of work under the Law of the Land.
We have installed a system that is password protected to prevent any kind of unauthorized access to our database.
Jainism Course’s Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. REFUND POLICY
If any user who buys offline course (books) can claim refund within 15 days. Similarly user buying online course can also claim refund within 7 days from purchase.
ONLINE COURSE
The course contains moral study and rituals. When a student buys an online course, he will have access to read the course from the website or mobile application. Further he is asked a few questions and an online exam is conducted after reading the specified material. Exam questions are multiple choice, hence the reader gets the result immediately. The whole course is divided into 3 parts, which we call 3 years. Every year has 12 study modules and 13 exams.
OFFLINE COURSE:
This course contains moral study and rituals. When a student buys an offline course, he will receive 12 books with or without exam papers as per his/her choice. He can join the offline course without buying the books too and get only exam papers. He will submit exam answers to us by courier, we will check and declare the results.
